She was predeceased by: her parents, William Castine and Mamie Castine (Henry); her husband Joseph P. Musiak; her son-in-law Larry Stitt; and her siblings, Jean Gasperin, Ronald, Robert, James and William Castine.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila A. Rawlings (William), Pamela A. Stitt and Keith J. Musiak (Terry); and her sisters, Janet Leep and Cheryl Painter. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
