Hoffman, Jr. and Becky Davis (Tom); his nephew Mark A. Burke, Jr. (Jill Roberts); his great-nieces, Calli, Cammi and Baylee Burke; and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
