She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert MacLachlan and Luella MacLachlan (Thompson); her husband Paul P. Bell; her daughter LuAnne; her granddaughter Leslie; and her brothers, Raymond Davoli, Robert Davoli and James McLachlan.
She is survived by: her children, Linda B. Phillips (Gregory), Paul R. Bell (Georganna) and Carmen J. Bell (Karen Harouse-Bell). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
