She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard A. Prinkey and Dolores L. Prinkey (Prevenslik); and her sister Joyce Lebo. She is survived by: her husband Corry J. Stephens of Latrobe; her siblings, Christopher Prinkey (Tammy) of Latrobe, Eric Prinkey (Hope) of Aliquippa, Mark Smartnick of Mt. Pleasant and Deborah Kelsey of New Mexico; and her niece Glory Joy Prinkey. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial contributions be made to either the funeral home or the family to help with expenses incurred during her illness.
