She was predeceased by: her husband Edward; her son E. J.; her parents, James A. Horwat and Helen Toth Colantino Horwat; her stepfather Joseph Horwat; her sister Theresa Colantino; her stepbrothers, Eugene and Edward; and her brother Bernard Horwat.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Hunter (Jim), Jane Ziemianski (Mike) of Latrobe, James (Cheri) of North Wales, Tina Shrum (Bryan) of Saltsburg, Teresa DeFelice (Roland) of Latrobe, Nick (Dina) of Latrobe, Wally (Carrie) of Latrobe and Mary Cay Depasquale (Ed) of Latrobe; and her siblings, Josephine Johnson and Thomas Horwat. She is also survived by her 23 grandchildren, numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
