She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex DeMoise and Edith DeMoise (Gronow); her husband Merle W. Palmer; and her brother Daniel DeMoise. She is survived by: her sons, Randy L. Palmer (Debra Kilgore) of Texas, Richard M. Palmer (Janice) of Derry and Timothy R. Palmer (Debra) of Latrobe; her siblings, Betty Schultz and Jack DeMoise (Sandy); and her sister-in-law Carol DeMoise. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
