Kociszewski-Augustine (Mitchell) of Grove City; his siblings, Joseph Kociszewski of Latrobe, Edward Kociszewski of Derry and Wanda Forish of Unity Township; and his grandchildren, Parker, Peter and Jennings. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
