It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth A. Franks of Latrobe, Pennsylvania, born in Whitney, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 1, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Franks and Elizabeth Franks (Mondock); and her siblings, Joseph, Leonard, John, Andrew Franks, Dolores Everett, Anna Kendi, Helen Haas and Bernadette Babiak.
She is survived by: her sister Leona Kutchravy of Oil City; and her caregiver Michelle Geiger. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
