She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. Slivoskey and Margaret D. Slivoskey (Klimchock); her husband Leonard R. Bender; and her siblings, John J. Slivoskey and Mary Margaret Slivoskey.
She is survived by: her children, David A. Bender (Debbie), Richard M. Bender (Debi) of Ligonier, Lu Ann C. Jackson (Chuck) of Greensburg and Marlene A. Friedline (Larry) of Latrobe; her grandchildren, Patricia Miller (Ryan), Leonard Bender, Roy Jackson, Jerad Friedline (Rachel), Eric Bender (Emily), Alec Bender (Briana) and Emily Kuzy (Steven); her great grandchildren, Jordan, Aiden, Cameron, Abby, Brody, Zoe and Brayden; her niece Linda Payne; and her caregiver Donna Ciccone.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, P.O. Box 654, Latrobe, PA 15650.
