He was predeceased by: his parents, David J Watkins and Elizabeth Watkins (Shrum); and his brother David W. Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Watkins (Leary); his children, Donald W. Watkins Jr. (Cinda L.) of Derry Twp and Kvonne R. O'Hara (Brian) of Latrobe; his brother Wilbur R. Watkins (Lydia) of Ocala Fl; and his grandchildren, Madison Elizabeth, Nathan John Watkins, Daphne, Chloe and Daniel O'Hara. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
