He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald M. DeMine and Katherine DeMine (McDonald); his daughter Rhonda Lucas; his brother Jeffrey DeMine; and his son-in-law Scott Poklembo.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Lynn DeMine (Black); his children, Donald R. DeMine (Danielle), Sheila M. Poklembo, Constance J. Boyd (Christopher L.) and Josalynn R. Lucas (Dalton Albright); his grandchildren, Robert DeMine, Sara Coulter (David), Shannon DeMine, Samantha Poklembo (Tyler Schmucker), Scott Poklembo, Alex DeMine, Jazmine, Jakob DeMine, Jacob Stull, Sammy DeMine, Asher Boyd and Emma Boyd; his great grandchildren, Domnick Bratton, Nathan Coulter, Addison Giordan, Eli Albright and Avery Giordan; his brothers, Kenneth DeMine (Peggy) and Randy DeMine (Patricia); his sisters-in-law, Rebecca Glass (Christopher) and Elaine Serembo (Richard); and his uncle Jack McDonald. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
