He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustus M. Dunlap and Catherine Dunlap (Hoke); his wife Rita E. Dunlap (Newhouse); and his siblings, Lawrence, Charles, James, Paul, John, Richard, Thomas, Regis Dunlap, Eileen P. Foski, Anna and Mary Dunlap.
He is survived by: his sons, Donald D. Dunlap Jr. (Carol Pardoe) of Severna Park, MD, Raymond C. Dunlap (Jennifer) of Unity Township and Brian E. Dunlap (Karen) of Vienna, VA; his grandchildren, Suzy Hall (Matt), Edward Dunlap (Stephanie), Anna Dunlap, Kelly Dunlap and Kevin Dunlap; and his great grandchild Alexandria Hall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
