He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Mazik and Clara Mazik (Kuhn); his daughter Karlene Overly; and his great grandchild Damian Bearley. He is survived by: his wife Monica Mazik (Tomko); his children, Jeannie Petrocelli (Robert), Lauren Durain (John), David Mazik, Monica Ross (Randall) and Michael Mazik (MaryPat); his son-in-law David Overly Sr.; and his sister Joanne McCallister. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
