He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Baluh and Pauline Bellish Baluh. He is survived by: his wife Connie Stairs Baluh; his children, Jeremy Baluh (Ashley) of Duncannon, Brandon Baluh (Kelly) of Norvelt and Bethany Black (Jeff) of Pleasant Unity; his grandchildren, Finley Baluh, Brianna, Brynlee Baluh, Grace and Josie Black; and his siblings, Joseph G. Baluh, Jr. (Theresa), John B. Baluh (Terri) and Denise Moyemont (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
