She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Bartosik and Dolores Bartosik (Parks); her sister Mary Francine Cowger (Bartosik); and her grandmother Juliana Bartosik-Kovach (Parks). She is survived by: her husband David Jay Ellis; her children, Loretta Ellis, Benjamin Ellis and Carrie Ellis; and her sisters, Paulette Bartosik and Dolores Anita White (Bartosik). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
