She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Kerr and Muriel Kerr (Cogley); her husband Thomas Chapman; and her sister Emma Kay Quinette. She is survived by: her siblings, Larry Kerr (JoAnne) of Ligonier, PA and Brenda Fleming (Bob) of Tempe, AZ. She is also survived by several Nieces & Nephews.
