She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Shumack of New Alexandria, John A. Hawanchak (Sharon) of New Florence and Valerie A. Bossart (Jan "Buzz") of Lycippus; her sister Margaret Bailey of Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Jennifer Jellison (Matt), John Shumack (Mari), Brian Shumack (Cassie) and Shannon Bossart-Lamosek (Tony); and her great grandchildren, Austin, Dominick and Alexis. She is also survived by two step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
