She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Bazik of Reading and Michael Bazik (Ann) of Drexel Hill, PA; her grandchildren, Nicole Danise (John) of Gaithersburg, MD and Matthew Bazik (Haylee) of Sarasota, FL; her great grandchild Sean Danise; her siblings, Frank Serina (Ann) of Fayetteville, PA and Mary O'Neill of Allentown, PA; and her sister-in-law Eleanor Zick (George) of Bethlehem.
