He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ronald Kruzik and Mary Faenza; and his niece Antoinette Faenza. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kruzik (Heintzelman); his children, Grace (Steven Thompson) of Suffern, N. Y., Allison Bonner of Nottingham, MD and Stephen M. Kruzik of Quakertown; and his grandchildren, Stephen T., Penelope, William and Brooks.

Contributions in his name may be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Jim Thorpe, Mass card intentions at any local church, or contributions to the St. Vincent DePaul Society.
