It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Junior Lyda of Lansford, Pennsylvania, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on June 14, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Helga; and his parents, Woodrow Wilson Lyda and Edna Watkins (Baby). He is survived by: his daughter Shirley Miller of Lansford, PA; his granddaughters, Rebecca and Kimberly; his sons, Bryan of Lansford, PA. and Jason Lyda of Lansford, PA.; and his sisters, Peggy Vasiliou of Jacksonville, FL, Pat Smith of Jacksonville, FL, Barbara Springer of Adelphi, MD, Shirley Stevens of Jacksonville, FL, Mary Watkins of Coaldale, PA, Debbie Hinkle of Rohrersville, MD and Joy Shanewolfe of Easton, PA. He is also survived by 14 nieces & nephews.
