She is survived by: her children, Stanley Krutsick (Judith) of Coplay, Thomas Krutsick (Cindy) of Fleetwood and Donna Kost (David) of Weatherly; her sister Connie Washousky of Lansford; her grandchildren, Andrea, Ashley, Matthew, Angela, Abigail, Thomas, Sarah, Ryan, Travis, Anthony and Nicholas; and her great grandchildren, Colin, Ella, Benjamin, Nora and Jakob.
