He was predeceased by: his wife Joan M. Vadyak (Meloskie); his parents, Harry Vadyak and Mary Vadyak (Piric); and his siblings, George Vadyak, Joseph Vadyak, John Vadyak and Mary Gould.
He is survived by: his children, Anna Mae Surotchak of Tamaqua, Marie Zarra (Mark Zarra) of Bluffton, Harry Vadyak Jr. of Easton, Joan Rottet (Michael Rottet) of Tamaqua and Dorothy Anne Folmer (Michael Folmer) of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Stacie Bennett, Stephen Surotchak, Alexander Zarra, Nicholas Zarra, Katie Sullivan, Victoria Butala, Dana Rottet, Derek Rottet, Brooke Rottet, Zachary Rottet and Colton Rottet; and his great grandchildren, Nora Joan Bennett, Nicholas Alan Bennett, AJ Zarra, Avery Patricia Butala, Ada Grace Butala and Theodore Bruce Surotchak. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
