He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Karnish (Mikulski) of Lansford; his sons, Frank Karnish (Sara) of Summit Hill, Christopher Karnish (Sara) of Barnesville, Matthew Karnish (Jennifer) and Jason Karnish (Amy) of Jim Thorpe; and his grandchildren, Thaddeus, Noah, Jacob, Carley, Lukas, Jaxson, Emelia, Holden and Lincoln.
