He is survived by: his wife Helen I. Wagner (Roby); and his children, Penny Daily (late Randy Daily) of Strasburg, Robert Wagner, Jr. (Jennifer) of Phoenixville, Jeffrey Wagner (Lorainne) of Quarryville and Mary Evans (Gregory) of Denver, PA. He is also survived by his children and later, his grandchildren.
