He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Dolk and Dorothy Dolk; his children, Maureen Dolk-Metcalfe (James) of Mountville, Gregory Robert Dolk (Dana Mastromatteo) of Lititz, Nathan Patrick Dolk (Chiaying Wei) of Manhattan, Aaron Joseph Dolk (Brandy Wimmer) and Rachel Marie Dolk of Scranton; his grandchildren, Lauren E., Derek J. Metcalfe, Sven J. Dolk and Elizabeth S. Dolk; and his sisters, Mary D'Augustino (Joe) and Ruth Spaid (Gerald).
