He was predeceased by: his father Michael D. Hearn. He is survived by: his mother Debbie Templeton of Lititz; his stepfather Jim; his sister Nicollette "Nikki" Hearn of Marietta; and his stepsiblings, Derek Templeton, Melissa Kneasel and Ashley Martin. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
