He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Patrick Garvey and Breta Josephine Garvey (Kenny); and his siblings, Ann Daly and Peter Daly. He is survived by: his wife Kathie; his children, Ned Garvey (Suzy) of Ephrata and Allison Garvey (Patric Charest) of Baltimore; his grandchildren, Eamonn Patrick, Fionn Joseph Garvey, Madeline Grace Charest (Maddie) and Grampy; and his sisters, Regina (Frazer Meredith), Eva (Paul McCarthy), Mary (Patrick Seaver) and Deirdre Garvey Christopher (Geoff Conroy).
