We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2023, at the age of 66, Arthur E. Manning Jr. of Laceyville, Pennsylvania, born in Meshoppen, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur E Manning Sr. and Doris Mahoney Manning; and his sister Elizabeth Burridge (Betsy). He is survived by: his wife Kelly Manning (Merritt); his children, Timothy Manning, Tammy Norton, Tanya "Cricket" Justin (Manning), Wade Bowman, Michelle Westbrook, Stephanie Westbrook, Codie Westbrook and Nicholas Salsman; and his siblings, Patricia Gruver of Sugar Run, PA, James Manning of Evans Falls, PA and Jackie (Jerry Benscoter).
