He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Lee Foreback. He is survived by: his wife Lisa A. Foreback (Schattner); his mother Carolyn J. Reese; his children, Elise L. (Curran McCauley) and Lee R. (Krista Krumanocker); and his grandchildren, Leighton McCauley, Shane McCauley and Carter Foreback.
