She was predeceased by: her husband Richard M Boltz; her parents, Cress M. Valentine and Nora Valentine (Stoudt); and her son Melvin R. Boltz. She is survived by: her children, Sheila (Bruce Sholly) of Jonestown, Sharon (David Walters) of Myerstown, Neil Boltz (Barbara) of York and Rick Boltz (Annemarie) of Lebanon; and her daughter-in-law Kay Boltz of Myerstown. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
