"Sis" Walmer; his parent Phyllis Sauke Hayden; his daughter Lisa A.; his spouse Samuel Henne of Jonestown; his sisters, Pamela Anderson of Ozark, MO and Kathy Jones of Camdenton, MO; his grandchildren, Megan E. Simniskis and Gregory S. Henne; and his great grandchildren, Whitney and Wyatt.
