We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2018, at the age of 70, Janet C. Middlesworth (Jonestown, Pennsylvania), born in New York, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent William Patrick. She is survived by: her parent Helen Curtis Campbell; her husband Thomas; her children, Daniel Middlesworth and Sarah Middlesworth of Philadelphia; her granddaughter Sophia Middlesworth of Philadelphia; her nephew Jason Drobel of Philadelphia; and her siblings, William, Alice Weaver of Gettysburg and Nancy Bolognese of Hummelstown. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions in Janet's memory may be made to the Lebanon Rescue Mission or Paralyzed Veterans of America.
