He is survived by: his wife Amy L. Kreiser Binkley; his children, Terry L. (Debra Binkley) of Jonestown, Lucille M. (Randy Dean) of Erie and Debra A. (James Hannah) of Fredericksburg; and his grandchildren, Gary, Douglas, Jennifer and Tara. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
