She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy M. Fouse (Lohr) and Fred L. Fouse Sr.; her husband James "Sleepy" Defibaugh; and her siblings, Grace Houp, Harvey Fouse and Fred Fouse Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Eric Gill (Fern) and Nathan Gill (Lori); her granddaughters, Cassandra and Brianna Taylor; and her siblings, Carrie Decker and Clarence "Butch" Fouse. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the donors local volunteer fire department or donors local Humane Society.
