He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur C Norris and Mary E. Norris (Reed); his wife Sarah E. Norris (Miller); his daughter Cherylann Norris; and his brother Gary Norris.
He is survived by: his children, James A. Norris Jr. (Linda Beagle) of Breezewood, Michael T. Norris (Brenda Amick) of James Creek and Kimberly D. Norris (Brian Rosenberry) of James Creek; his siblings, Walter Norris (Rachal Strayer) of Marklesburg, Carol Ronk (Wilbur) of Hesston and Mary Vaughn of Hesston; and his grandchildren, James Norris III, Darran Norris and Brittany Norris.
Due to the recent COVID-19 regulations and restrictions as well as Mr. Norris request, there will be no services held.
