He is survived by: his wife Blanche (Daskivich); his children, Megan Clark (Jarrod), MD of California and Curtis Evans (Dana) of Bluffton, SC; and his grandchildren, Theodore of Pittsburgh, Eleanor of Pittsburgh, John Clark of Pittsburgh, Logan and Nathaniel Evans of Buffton, SC.
