He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Shiner and Mary Shiner (Belevender); his grandmother Agnes Shiner; his wife Shirlee (Kinsinger); his daughters, Cindy Shoemaker (Mitch) and Rhonda Stefanik (Tony); his grandchildren, Michael, Brian Haldin, Tyler and Shelby Stefanik; his great grandchild Ellie Haldin; his sister Helen Suire; his sons, Edward and Henry Shiner, Jr.; and his siblings, Edward Shiner, Elizabeth Mergist and Bernice Gera. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
