She was predeceased by: her parents, Deward Hoffman and Anna Hoffman (Cosky); her stepmother Mabel Hoffman; her former husband Wayne A. Evans; her husband Wilbur "Red" Shipley; her sister Mary Jackson; her stepsister Joan Hargett; and her brothers-in-law, Jerry Jackson and Terry Hargett.
She is survived by: her sons, James A. Evans (Betty) of Clark, PA and Dwayne A. Shipley (Laurie) of Oklahoma City, OK; her grandchildren, Sarah D'Angelo (Vince), Becky Pigza (John), Jenny Patterson (Ryan), Jeremy Shipley and Kacie Ryan (Hunter); and her nephew James (Elizabeth). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
