She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert James and Betty James (Clevenger); her sons, Charles Arthur, Adam "Bucky" and Brian Allen Palmer; her granddaughter Tina Piraino; and her siblings, John James and Peggy Timko.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Palmer-Piraino and Lavone Warr; and her grandchildren, Tiffany, Bobbie Jo, Heather, David III, Michael and Sheena. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
