He was predeceased by : his sisters, Marni Lentz and Crystal, and grandparents Dana and Susan Lentz. He is survived by : his parents, William A. Dailey and Jamie L. Dailey (Lentz) of Indiana; his sister Autumn Groce (Irvin) of Lebanon, PA; his great-grandparent Edna Lentz; his uncles, Aaron Lentz (Tammy) and Patrick Dailey; his aunt Mary Ann Ananea (Jesse); his nieces, Isabelle Nastase, Carla Dailey and Hallie Keefer; his grandparents, Tom, Mae Dailey; and his great-grandparent Alice Longwill.
