He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Manges and Charlotte Barefoot Manges; his brother-in-law Joseph Register; and his nephew David Frasher. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Stelma; his daughters, Anna of Pittsburgh and Sophia Manges of Pittsburgh; and his sister Lucinda Manges of Reinholds, PA. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and beloved nieces and nephews.
