He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Hornick; and his close friend Emily Fick. He is survived by: his children, Avery Hornick, Gianna Hornick and Kaden Lippert; his mother Stephanie Hornick; his brother Zachary Hornick; and his grandmother Carole Balta. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
