Betty Jean George Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean George of Indiana, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward A. Mack and Margaret C. Mack (Findley); her husband Glen; and her son Gregory G. George (Harry C. Mack). She is survived by: her sons, Bradley A. George (Angela) of Brunswick, ME and Jonathan C. George (Lisa) of Gibsonia, PA; her daughter-in-law Pamela Kniss George of Mechanicsburg, PA; her grandchildren, Jennifer Harry (Pete), Michael George (Katye), Katie Awua (Mathew), Amanda George, Nicole Umstead (Tyler), Elizabeth Petrillo (Christopher), Andrew George, Laura George and Ian George; her great grandchildren, Justice, Paxton Harry, Gideon and Evangeline George; her granddaughter Nadine Umstead; and her sister Mildred Mack. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Glen George Memorial Scholarship Fund through the Community Foundation of the Alleghenies or Saint Andrew's Village, which provided excellent care for Betty Jean over the past few years.
