With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vickie L. Shaffer of Hyndman, Pennsylvania, born in Everett, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 21, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Turner and Mary Louise Turner (Holler); and her siblings-in-law, Bob, Stephen, Earl, Douglas, Jitter Shaffer, Peggy Atwood and Joyce Pensyl.
She is survived by: her husband Pug Shaffer; her children, Carey Schilling (Brad) of Central City and Brett Shaffer (Amberly) of Hyndman; her grandchildren, Bruck Ohler, Adalyn Shaffer, Easton Schilling and Dahlia Schilling; her sisters, Linda Carpenter (Gary) of Buffalo Mills and Jean Rice (Larry) of Schellsburg; and her brothers-in-law, Dick Shaffer of Hyndman and Stanley Pensyl of Hyndman.
