He is survived by: his wife Deloris Burley (Hare); his children, Kenny Burley of Corriganville and Katrina Burley of Hagerstown; his grandchildren, Linda Burley, Destiny So, Ariella So and Joey Ballerini; his great grandchild Brantley Burley; and his sisters, Cynthia Burley and Beverly Shank of Mount Savage. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
