She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter F. Files, Jr. and Norma Files (Robinette). She is survived by: her husband James L. Kessell; her son Bryce M. Wallizer; her grandchildren, Holden and Althea Wallizer; her siblings, Diane Stakem (Michael) of Cumberland, Sue Lewis of Cumberland and Walter F. "Buddy" Files III (Teresa) of Cumberland; and her friends, Louis, Linda Lindner, Norma Clark, Annette Bishop, Terry Shober and Carol Jackson. She is also survived by many loving aunts, cousins, and nieces and nephews.
