Ruth E. Emerick Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2020, at the age of 87, Ruth E. Emerick (Hyndman, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James L. Kennell and Pauline Kennell (Shroyer); her husband Earl Leroy Emerick; and her brothers, James, Paul and Robert Kennell.
She is survived by: her children, Leroy Emerick (Sharon) of Hyndman, Joyce Thompson (Tim) of Ellerslie, Calvin Emerick of Hyndman and Karen Kitis (John) of Frostburg; her grandchildren, Matthew Emerick (Joey), Timothy Emerick, Chrissy Knight (Gary) and Adam Kitis; her great grandchildren, Lacey Getson, Mikenna Love, Kyley, Mallory Emerick, Samantha, Haely and Serenity Kitis; and her siblings, Sue Corley of Berlin, Pauline Leister (Ronald) of Hyndman, Ruby Moore of Lewes, DE and Roy Kennell (Linda) of Hyndman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic the family will conduct the funeral service privately.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Calvary Bible Church.
