He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Emerick and Mary Ellen Emerick (Custer); his siblings, Kenneth, Ray, Clifford Emerick and Cecelia Willison; and his brothers-in-law, Harvey Ohler and Jesse Willison.
He is survived by: his sisters, Yolanda Campbell (Terry) of Hyndman and Mary Lou Ohler of Stoystown; and his aunts, Alma Custer of Hyndman and Cinda Emerick of Somerset. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
