He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Moore and Esther Moore (Shaffer); and his brother William P. Moore. He is survived by: his wife Pauline L. Moore (Emerick); his children, John "Royce" Moore Jr. (LaRae) of Hyndman and Brenda L. Cooper (Gary) of Short Gap, WV; his grandchildren, Colten, Lakota Moore and Jennifer Barta; his great grandchildren, Emily and Hannah; and his siblings, H. Louis Moore of Boalsburg and Nancy Moore of Asheville, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
