She was predeceased by: her parents, James V. Porter and Grace O. Porter (Hasselroth); and her former husband Daniel F. Williams. She is survived by: her husband Keith W. Phillips Jr.; her sons, Mark Williams (Diane) of Ellerslie and Scott Williams (Lisa) of Ellerslie; her stepchildren, April McClay (Harold III) of Pittsburgh, Keith "Lenny" Phillips of Pittsburgh and Sara Smith of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Daniel F. Williams, Kayla Rose Arkins (Chris), Shane Ritter (Tiffany), Jesse Ritter (Elizabeth), Dylan Williams (Jordan Thompson), Connor and Jacob McClay; and her great grandchildren, Luke Arkins, Liam, Elle and Luke Ritter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
